If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to examine our return and refund policy.

Zodiac Gems offers hassle-free returns and replacements within 14 days from the date of delivery on all products (excluding services) if the items are in the following conditions.

 Return Guidelines

Returns and replacements are only eligible if the following conditions are met:

·         The stones delivered by our corporation are unnatural.

·          The item (s) must be in their original condition and in unused/unaltered condition;

·       Any original packaging, product tags, certifications, coupons, invoices, and other documentation supplied   with the return item(s) must be intact, undamaged, and in good condition;

·          In order to return an item, the item must reach us within 14 days of the delivery date of the item.

·        In Line with our return policy, if you make a purchase of Rs.20,000 or above then 10% of the purchase price will be deducted     from the amount in the form of restocking fees.


Note- In terms of a return, an item may be exchanged or returned for store credit.


In the event your returns meet these conditions, you will have an easy time processing them.

Alternatively, you can return partial orders of only the items you want if you have purchased several items in one order.

The following address must be used for all returns. You may remove the term gems from the name of the package to avoid drawing undue attention or attracting theft.

Following the receipt of your return, the item(s) will be examined by our team to ensure it meets our quality standards. The return process will begin once we have successfully inspected and checked the returned items to confirm that they conform to the above conditions.

In the event, a defective item was delivered along with your purchase, and you wish to keep it, you can request an exchange.

 Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed according to these terms and conditions:

·         When you place a prepaid order, the money will be refunded to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or net banking).

·         We will refund the amount paid on COD/Cash on Delivery or all other forms of payment to your bank account that you will be required to provide to our customer care team separately via E-mail at

  •   Our return policy is that while we refund shipping charges to you (only within India, international shipping    fees are non-refundable), but all returns must be sent back to us at the buyer's expense.
  •   Also, we recommend that you choose to ship with insurance to avoid any loss/damage during transit       since Zodiac Gems is not able to accept claims or refunds if the package is damaged in transit or if the     item(s) arrive damaged.
  • You will not be charged a shipping fee if you exchange an item that will be sent to you in India. Replacement products will also be subject to international shipping charges.
  • Third parties/payment gateway providers will bill you directly for Gateway charges if any, and there is no reimbursable portion.
  • Charges associated with custom certification are not refundable, however complimentary certification provided with the item(s) is not a charge and is included in the item price.
  •  We may take up to three weeks to process and credit your account or statement after returning item(s) and accepting refunds, in case they are accepted.
  • We will deduct shipping and other miscellaneous charges from refunds in cases where items are undeliverable for the following reasons:       

1.        wrong or outdated shipping address

2.        improper address formatting, including  PO boxes

3.        after three failed attempts by our respective delivery/courier service, and/or

4.        package refusal at the time of delivery by the recipient or addressee.


Conditions for return being declined

The following situations may result in your return being rejected if it is not covered under the returns and exchange policy:

  • Damages to the item(s) due to negligence, improper handling, and/or misuse of the item(s).
  • Items (or their components) are not returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Depending on your request, the item(s) are designed bespoke/customized according to your specifications, e.g., changing their normal form/size/structure. 
  • According to the above return conditions, the item(s) received are incomplete, lacking documentation, or literature.

 Buy-Back Policy:

Zodiac Gems offers buy-back services on precious and semi-precious gemstones within India. If you choose to return an item (or items), we will perform a market analysis based on the current market value of the item(s) and subtract labor, processing, and other charges included in the original price for the item(s) when you first purchased them from us.

A buy-back offer is at the sole discretion of Zodiac Gems, and there is no obligation for us to accept it. If we accept your buy-back offer, we will pay the value of the item(s) via online bank transfer within 14 working days of receiving the product, or as credit in the form of store credit, whichever you prefer.

Shipping Policy:

In India

·         Shipping within India is totally free for orders exceeding INR 5,000. Shipments and deliveries are handled by well-respected brand-name shipping partners, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc., with accurate tracking information and good customer service. There may be an expedited shipping option available, depending on the product and location of the buyer.

·         The standard free shipping service commonly delivers within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas in India, and between 3 and 7 business days in remote areas.


·         In all international orders, shipping has a cost associated with it that is determined by many factors including the country/area of delivery, the packaging dimensions and weight, and the nature of the items being shipped along with the value bracket or category. Shipment costs can be calculated and assessed during the checkout process.

·         There is a large variation in shipping prices and delivery times across countries and carriers. When checking out, an estimate of the cost and delivery time will be displayed. A receiver of an international shipment may be subject to additional fees for customs clearance, duties, VAT, etc. If there are any such charges, they are not the responsibility of Zodiac Gems; the buyer is responsible for them.

·         We advise you to contact your local customs office for any clarification regarding the import rules, duties, charges, etc. Zodiac Gems is not responsible for customs charges, import duties, and any other taxes imposed by the receiving country, such as VAT, or any other miscellaneous fees.

·         We cannot take back international orders once they are dispatched, especially once the goods have been delivered to the buyer's country. If the buyer declines or cancels the order after dispatch, they will be liable for all customs duties, clearance charges, taxes, and/or any other charges their country may impose on the shipment in order to initiate an RTO (Return to Origin).


We ensure that every order sent by Zodiac Gems is packaged carefully, shipped in tamper-proof packaging, and fully insured until delivery so that you are assured that your purchase is totally safe.
