Return, Replacement, and Shipping Policy

Zodiac Gems offers an effortless and 14 days hassle-free return and replacement policy on all the products. 


Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:

1.    Manufacturing Defect

2.    Wrong Product

3.    Incomplete product

4.    Damaged Product

5.    The product was damaged during transit 

Return and Replacement Policy terms and conditions:

1. Item(s) must be in their original and unused condition when returned.

2. Returning items must include all original product tags, packaging, lab certificates, coupons, invoices and all other documentation supplied with the item(s). 

3. Product(s) must be returned to us within the 14-day period beginning on the day the order was delivered to you.

4. The Returns and Replacement Policy does not cover damages resulting from negligence or improper use. 

Note- Zodiac Gems’ team will inspect and examine your return item(s) upon receipt to ensure it meets our quality standards. If the returned item(s) meet these conditions, they will be accepted for return.  

Conditions for return being declined:

1. Item(s) returned after a 14-day period, starting from the date of order delivery.

2. Orders for gemstone(s) not in our inventory are placed in accordance with customer requests. 

3. Damages to the item(s) resulting from negligence or improper handling. 

4. In accordance with the above return conditions, the item(s) received are incomplete, missing tags, without documentation, or literature. 

Refund Policy terms and conditions:

1. Refund for all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be credited to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). The bank details for the same must be provided to our customer care team via email at 

2. Charges for custom certifications, if selected during purchase, are non-refundable.  

3. Once we have accepted the returned product(s) and processed the refund, it may take up to three weeks for the credit to reflect  in your account.

4. Returns must be sent back to us at the expense of the customer. We also recommend that you choose to ship with insurance  when returning item(s) since the company will not be able to accept any claims/refunds/reimbursements if the package/item(s) are damaged or lost en route.

5. Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, are not subject to refund as they are billed directly by third parties/payment gateway providers. 

6. We do not refund shipping charges, VAT, or duties. 

Other important information:

1. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you can return partial orders of only the items of your choosing. However, you will be granted store credit instead of cash in lieu of these items, which can be used against future purchases on our website. 

2.    As part of our refund policy, if you make a purchase of Rs. 20,000 or more, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the total purchase amount.

Gemstones Jewelry

Gemstones Jewelry by Zodiac Gems is not eligible for refunds or returns.

Gemstone Jewelry Exchange Policy:

 We can only exchange an item if it has been delivered with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit. In order to be eligible for a return exchange, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition, you received it.  

Note- We use genuine gemstones in our jewelry and behold their organic variations with great interest. Inclusions and imperfections found naturally in items are not considered flaws, therefore cannot be replaced or exchanged.  

Conditions for exchange being declined:

1. Items that are not in their original condition are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not attributable to us. 

2. Item(s) returned after a 14-day period, starting from the date of order delivery.

Return Policy for Gemstone Jewelry:

We do not accept returns since jewelry is a highly personal item and is considered used once worn. In the case of the damaged product(s) received by you, we will be requiring a receipt or proof of purchase to process your exchanges. Custom-made jewelry

We do not return or exchange item(s) that have been altered or designed based on your specifications in terms of shape, size, structure, and design.

Reverse pick-up facility

There is no reverse pick-up option as of now, so you should send us the product via courier. Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.

Buy-Back Policy:

We offer buy-back on all precious and semi-precious gemstones, and jewelry purchased from Zodiac Gems, within India. The value/purchase price of the item(s) proposed for buy-back by you will be subject to Zodiac Gem’s in-house analysis, based on the current market value of the item(s), and deductions towards labor, processing, and other charges that may have been included in the original cost of the item(s) when you purchased them from us initially. 

Zodiac Gems is under no obligation or liability to accept a buy-back offer, and the decision to accept it is at our sole discretion. If your buy-back offer is accepted by us then the value of the item(s) will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 14 working days of receipt of the product or in the form of store credit, whichever is chosen by you.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping within India is totally free for orders exceeding INR 5,000. All orders are shipped and delivered by trusted shipping partners, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. with accurate and detailed tracking information and reliable customer service. Deliveries are generally made within 3-4 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, and within 3-7 business days in remote regions of India.

International shipping charges vary depending on the country/area, the package’s dimensions, weight, and the nature of the product(s) being shipped, as well as their value brackets and categories.
