Charges associated with custom certification are not
refundable, however complimentary certification provided with the item(s)

We may take up to
three weeks to process and credit your account or statement after
returning item(s) and accepting refunds, in case they are accepted.
We will deduct shipping and other miscellaneous charges from
refunds in cases where items are undeliverable for the following
