Do you offer any deals or discounts beyond the prices on the website?
We do our best to offer all the products and services at the best possible prices, however, gemstones and jewellery prices are heavily influenced by the market values, which leave room for negotiation, especially in high-value items. Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?

Shipping pan-India is free with standard free shipping. However, faster shipping options are available on most products as options during checkout, which are chargeable as per the product and the shipping zone.
How much does shipping cost outside India?

How long does it take to deliver the orders in India?
Standard free shipping generally delivers within 3-4 days after dispatch in metropolitan areas in India, and between 3-7 days in remote areas in India, from the date of dispatch. For further information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take to deliver the orders outside India?
International shipping cost and delivery times are highly variable depending on the country, carrier, and mode of shipment. Estimated cost and delivery time can be calculated at the time of checkout. For further information please contact us at email@example.com.
What is the mode of delivery?
Deliveries are mostly done through branded carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL etc., depending on your location. Mostly of these deliveries are also trackable through third-party websites/apps of the relative carrier of your orders.
Are my orders safe?
All the items are shipped fully insured till delivered to you, in durable and tamper evident packaging for proper protection and coverage. However, on rare occasions due to human error, there is possibility of damage to or tampering with the package. In such cases, please do not accept the delivery.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
Yes, you can request for address change unless the package has already been shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will assist you in this update if possible.
Yes, you can return your item(s) under our 14-day Easy Returns Policy. There are certain conditions for return, which you can review in detail here.
Can I exchange the item(s) I purchased for something else?
Yes, you can return the item(s) you don’t wish to keep as long as those items conform to the returns policy, and choose other item(s) of similar or lower value in exchange. You can also request for store credit instead and use that credit to make another fresh purchase.
Can I replace the items I purchased in case they are not proper/defective?
Yes, if you have received an item that is defective or not up to standards, you can request for a replacement of the exact same item. If we have a replacement available in stock, we will dispatch it immediately upon receipt and approval of your returned item. If we do not have the replacement item available, then we will contact you for a refund of your payment as cash in your bank account or store credit, whichever you prefer.
Will I have to pay for the return shipping?
For returns and exchanges, you will have to pay for the return shipping and insurance, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. For replacements, we will provide you with prepaid shipping (India only), in which case you will get a full refund/credit. Please read our shipping policy here for more details. Returns of international shipping unfortunately are not paid by us, and you will need to pay for the return shipping charges, duties, taxes, and/or any other additional charges involved in the receipt of your return.
How can I return the product(s) to Zodiac Gems within the 14 day period?
The 14 day period starts as soon as the order is delivered to you. We believe it is an ample amount of time for you to make a decision on whether you wish to keep the purchase or return it. Keeping in mind that sending the shipment back to us can take a few days, depending mainly on your location and mode of shipping, we advise you to ship back the products accordingly and within time in order to not miss the 14 day deadline.

What if I have shipped the returns timely, but the shipping company/service is slower than usual and miss delivering the return package within the 14 day period?
In cases where the shipping company is causing delays because of any unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately with all the shipping information so that our customer service team can help in expediting the matter. We want your return experience to be hassle free, and logical and reasonable delays can be treated as exceptions, extending the 14 day period as per our discretion.
What if the item is unreturnable under the returns policy, but I still don’t wish to keep it?
You can contact us for buy-back offers and our customer service team will calculate the best possible buy-back value for the items you want to sell that you purchased through us. It is advisable to always retain all original documents and literature that was supplied along with your item(s) initially on your purchase.
First step is finding the products. There are thousands of items to choose from. You can use our well laid out navigation menus and efficient search engine to find your desired products. Occasionally we will also send you recommendations of the items you may like to buy, if you have subscribed to our newsletters or other informative marketing tools. Second step is to add the selected product to the shopping bag by clicking on the “Buy Now” button. This will place all your items in a singular section just like a shopping cart or bag.
Third step is to check all the items and quantities you are purchasing in the shopping bag and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Fourth step is to either login to your account if you already have one where all your personal and shipping related information will already be stored as per your previous input, or checkout as Guest user where you will need to enter all the required information such as your name, address, email, phone number etc., and this information will not be stored in an account. We recommend that you create an account so that you don’t have to enter all the information again every time you make a purchase.
Fifth step is to continue to the payment page. Here you can make a selection of your choice of mode of payment. You can pay via. PayPal, Razorpay, or Cash on Delivery. Razorpay is a multi-payment service provider that will give you many payment options to choose from such as credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet payment, UPI/QR, or even EMI.
Once the payment details have been chosen/entered, your order will be placed successfully and you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed and paid for?

Can I order any items not available on the website anymore or are out of stock?
Yes, you can contact our sourcing team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your specific requirements regarding gemstones and custom jewellery in gold and/or silver, and they will search for your desired items. Although we cannot make any promises or guarantee availability, because we work directly with manufacturers almost all the time we are able to source the needed gemstones and/or make the required jewellery designs.
Can I request alterations/changes to the item(s) in case my desired options are not available?
As all the gemstones and jewellery by Zodiac Gems is sourced directly from the manufacturers, you can always request reasonable changes/alterations in the items, such as size, shape, metal color and purity, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are all the items provided by Zodiac Gems certified in any way?
All gemstones and jewellery sold by Zodiac Gems is certified by government authorized testing and hallmarking laboratories. You will receive a complementary certification with each item. This gives you assurance that the item you purchased is exactly what you chose and is up to standards, without any form of adulteration.
What if I lose the certification that was provided with my purchased item(s)?
All the certified gemstones and jewellery have the certification data stored in the laboratories’ computerized database. You can always request a duplicate certificate, which can be provided for an additional fee.
Do you offer resizing of jewellery?
Yes, our manufacturers can easily resize rings, bangles, chains, etc. in both gold and silver, as long as the design allows. Some designs are complicated and resizing is not possible, but in most cases there are no issues. You can contact our customer service team at email@example.com and request a resizing of your item, even gemstones, and they will calculate an estimate for resizing fee and charges.
Can I get my jewellery resized at my local jeweller?
Yes, you can get your jewellery altered by any qualified or experienced jeweller, however, we definitely do not recommend it and doing so voids any claims/warranties and the possibility of returns immediately and unconditionally.
Are your prices lower in comparison to jewellery stores and showrooms?
As we do not have any overheads like those of jewellery stores and showrooms, our jewellery and gemstones will definitely cost comparatively less. Moreover, we do not have any middle men and their margins, so you get your items directly from the manufacturer at the best possible prices.
What are my payment options for purchasing from Zodiac Gems?
You can pay via. PayPal, Razorpay, or Cash on Delivery. Razorpay is a multi-payment service provider that will give you many payment options to choose from such as credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet payment, UPI/QR, or even EMI.
Cash on Delivery and other domestic services are not available for International orders and may not be available in certain domestic/remote areas of India as well. You will see available payment options during checkout depending on your address and country.
Is my electronic mode of payment safe and secure?
How long does it take to receive refunds if applicable?
Refunds are initiated within 2-3 days upon acceptance of the returned items. It can generally take up to 7 days for the respective payment provider to credit the refund to your account, but it mostly depends on the various banks and their processes.
